The Tribute To Denim and America
I love denim and I love america. Even though denim didn’t come from America it was sure popularized there and for that I made this tribute outfit. Washed denim worn to bits with frayed edges and naturally an enduring flag on the back. That’s Americana in it’s natural state and I’m proud to show it off. Not because I’m American (because I’m Canadian), but because I like the shopping there, the movie industry, the celebrity scene, etc. etc. etc.
This was a little “thank you” for Vogue, Fashion Week, fashion designers such as Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, John Varvatos, and Calvin Klein and brands like Alice and Olivia, Badgley Mischka and Coach who’s handbags keep getting better and better. Truth is there’s a lot more to America than fashion but you already know that so I’ll save you the boring deets.
What I’m Wearing:
Denim vest by Denim and Supply
Shirt by MINEDRD JeansMakers (whatever that is…)
Jeans by Denizen
