Since it is the first nice day that has hit above 20°C out I am obsessed with sunglasses and when I was researching sunglasses I came across the awesome Ray-Ban ads featuring people being strong throughout time in the face of adversity. The concept was all about being true to yourself and the campaign was named “Never Hide” Of course (like a sucker) my studious researching turned to shopping and I was a goner as soon as I saw their Legend Collection. The glasses are a representation of the timelessness that Ray-Ban stands for as well as their hard work and fine craftsmanship. And no the are not paying me to write this. I love these shades! So because of my love for Ray-Ban and my love for my readers I threw together this slideshow of Ray-Ban’s Legend Collection with my personal commentary on each.
Let me know which ones you love or can’t stand. It’ll be fun!
Legends are made over time, through consistency, courage and character. The same can be said for the new Ray-Ban Legends collection. Four iconic glasses from the classic Ray-Ban collection, all re-invented in premium materials and in three vintage lens colors, guaranteeing your look’s as original as the frames themselves.”

I started the slideshow with the classic Aviators because that is what they are most known for and are one of the frames that create the backbone of the company. I own a pair of these and I wear them all the time. Do you own these? Which colors?
The Blue with white gold frames is a newer rendition of a classic but is just as bad@ss!
SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! These are hotter than Channing Tatum in upcoming film Magic Mike where he’ll be playing… get this… a STRIPPER! Anway screw the 3-D glasses I’m wearing these badboys in the theater.
Men in Black eat you heart out! Okay so the Men in Black wear Ray-Bans (of course (So Epic)) but they wear a different style called the Predator. These are the classic Laramie style glasses that are so legendary they don’t need to be on Will Smith’s face in a feature film.
And when black won’t cut it, there is this gorgeous brown resin that hugs your face. FEEL the love.
Are you a quirky person? Wear socks on your hands and read books upside down? freak! Just kidding… sort of… but if you are that person then these glasses are great but the NEXT ones are DEFINITELY up your alley.
See what did I tell you? The floral inside screams geek and the white outline will have you sipping cocktails through your nose in no time (or whatever weird hoarders do). Let your freak flag fly!
Are you a star gazer? These glasses remind me of a nebula… the Ban Nebula. OMG who’s the freak now?
Not quite John Lennon, not quite Stanley Tucci but would look great on both. Not everyone can pull off these round style Ray-Bans. Can you?
Here we go again with the seductive rose colored glasses. I don’t know what it is but these remind me of a steam-punk meets casino owner gone rogue kind of scenario… no?
Skies the limits baby!
Okay… you though I screwed up and put these in twice didn’t you? Nope this Meteor style frame is slightly different than the previous Laramie in that they have a taller lens that is more squared off. Great for long faces.
And here in this terrific tortoise trendy color. I love it… but not for me.
Va Va Voom! Okay I hate it when people say that as well… Ick! lol BUT wow I really like that this amber color and the smokiness of the plastic makes it look like mahogany. m a h o g a n y. I rarely get to use that word.
The blue topper makes these! I love the combo look they would go perfectly with a great pair of bowling shoes… or Prada’s.
Thanks for checking out my Ray-Ban Sunglasses slideshow. Let me know if you got a laugh from it or some shopping inspiration and I’ll be sure to do it again.
