Sarah Rabkin, designer of Twenty Cluny showed a lot of white and a lot of evening wear.
Appropriate because she has had many of her dresses worn to the Tony Awards, Guild Awards and other award shows and movie premieres on celebs such as Jessica Hart and singer Michelle Williams.
Since I am a FOOL for stripes, I really did love this collection. I think a woman who wears stripes are powerful, embrace fashion and trending prints, and aren’t afraid to attract the gaze of fashion starving people watchers.
Another aspect of this collection that I loved was the mesh inserts in the shoulders and bust on the dresses. Expertly done and hit the mesh trend on the head!
At the end of the collection is appeared as though Sarah Rabkin was upset about something. Perhaps she wanted the spotlight all to herself as opposed to sharing the final bow with all of the designers who showed as part of the Holt Renfrew Show? Who could say, in any event you can’t deny that the collection was great and I was overjoyed for the both of us!
