Hot Hot weather is fast approaching and I thought, how better to indulge in heat than to dress head to toe in designers that design and understand heat. With that in mind I naturally gravitated to Italy and found my self looking at a pair of supple cotton pants by Gucci, a windbreaker in cream and brown by Fendi and a navy polo with pique cotton collar and subtle contrasting white stripe on the collar and inner placket also by Fendi.
The navy needed a pop of color so I wore my brown orange crocodile belt from Holt Renfrew (made in Italy) and finished it all off with a pair of suede guccissima slip-ons with a white contrast sole by Gucci. And since I’m such a “Guido”… I went without socks.
I could literally sleep in these clothes! So comfortable.
I just wanted to note that the tiny micro Fendi print on the jacket is basically unnoticeabe so there isn’t ever that feeling like you’re advertising for a company. That being said… I wouldn’t mind advertising for Fendi! They could slap that Zucca print all over a suit and I’d happily wear it!
