Joe Manganiello Looks Great in a Suit… Or Without.
Joseph Michael Manganiello AKA Joe, is a not only an avid gym junkie, but is also a classically trained actor in both film and theater. He has a BFA in acting from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama which makes his ability to play Alcide Herveaux on True Blood believable and enjoyable. Also, him being great looking helps to make all the blood in the show bearable. But as it turns out, Manganiello looks great off camera as well. The man has style.
Whether Joe is on set or on the red carpet, he is always looking sharp and hunky. His long hair is a style choice befitting his surfer look when he is on his days off but when he slaps on a suit, the hair and beard work in synchronicity to create a blend of sartorial strength, and mountain man glam. The number one reason his style shines so brightly to me is because of how he chooses to accessorize his wardrobe. When choosing a tie, Joe will opt for a skinny tie as opposed to a 3-5/8″ standard tie width. This of course looks great but also helps to broaden his massive chest… even more.
Another technique that Joe uses when dressing is to add a scarf to an outfit and put his vest on over top of the scarf, then leave a little hanging out blow the bottom of the waistcoat. It sounds crazy but if you take a lok at the image below you’ll notice the extra hotness that he is just by using this simple styling technique.
And here is a perfect example of a darker palate but with the pop of pink that Joe pulls off very well. Notice the cleaner styling with his hair. It goes with the 007 looking peak lapel sharkskin suit. Love it.
Okay that is about enough of him with his clothes on, so on the next few pages is this hunk coming out of the water in Miami today! He is looking good and rugged and the only thing I can say about his styling in these images is I like the shorts… very much.
