The Ultimate Tahitian Pear Pin for Men
I want to start by saying I have zero patience for the thought that pearls are not masculine because… THEY ARE! especially Tahitian pearls. They’re as masculine as rubber bull balls on the back of your truck… but you know… tasteful and not in any way offensive.
When it comes to jewelry, I am usually a one piece kind of guy, But if you’re only going to wear one piece, you better make it special. So when I thought about a sexy all-season lapel pin, I thought, what precious material would look cool on the end? I already have an onyx lapel pin… what about a diamond one? Well maybe that will be my reward to myself when I’m a million dollar blogger… until then, I decided to venture into the realm of pearls.
I already have a sweet bracelet that I wear all the time and my three pearl necklace is another piece I break out of it’s case occasionally. So why not a pearl lapel pin? Men have been wearing pearls since before recorded time and pearls cufflinks are an amazing gift… so… Pearl it is!
The other element that I love about this particular pin… that was hand designed by Ashley MacNamara from PurePearls.com. So exclusive! AND! It can be made in gold or silver finish and with a few different pearl colors including tahitian, golden and white south sea baroque pearls.
But how else can you wear it?
Allergic to suits? Don’t have need for a lapel? Are you kidding me? Wear it in a tie, through the points of your lapels, or through the strap on your hat, man-bag or suspenders. Be creative gents!
